Missional Communities The purpose of our mission is not only to meet physical or social needs, but to use these opportunities and relationships as a tool to extend the hope of the gospel of Christ to the lost. By God's grace, Redemption Hill will continue to develop these relationships redemptively, engaging both people and cultures in the context of community that is driven by the gospel.
College Plan With four college campuses in the Lewiston/Auburn area attracting students from New England and around the world, the call to reach the campus is ever present. Redemption Hill will seek to have missional communities on each campus and work with the various campus ministries to reach students for Jesus, with the love of Jesus.
Pastors Pipeline With the need for church planters throughout New England and Redemption Hill pastors, the Pastors Pipeline will help us take men that are called to preach Jesus, and better equip them for gospel ministry throughout New England and beyond. Not only giving theological training, but also practical ministry experience.
Gospel Alliance Gospel Alliance New England is a local para-church organization designed and created with the intent of promoting gospel renewal and change throughout New England, accomplishing this through conferences, regional meetings, and social networking. RH will partner with the Gospel Alliance to promote the gospel to pastors throughout New England.
A Church That Plants Churches We are strongly committed to planting more churches. Understanding that no one church is going to reach all of the diverse people groups of New England, we want to continuously plant, fund, and resource new churches. We are committed to planting churches that are centered on the gospel in the context of community and on the mission of God.
The Cousineau’s (Josh, Anna, & their children) will be planting a church in Auburn Maine in 2012, Redemption Hill. The church launch team is well under way with a solid core of 20+ adults and 16 children. Josh is currently the youth Pastor of East Auburn Baptist Church and has lived in Maine for 22 years.
A recent graduate from New England Bible College with a bachelors in Theology and Christian Ministry, Josh and his family are in the process of moving into the next chapter of their lives, in planting Redemption Hill. Josh and Anna have been married 9 years this November and have 3 children (Braden 5, Tanner 3 and Nya 1 who they adopted from Uganda in April). Josh has a passion to preach the gospel to those who are in need of Jesus, which is all of us.
The greater Auburn area has well over 100,000 people, with a 2000 poll showing that roughly 5% attended an evangelical church. Meaning that there are more than 95,000 people who don’t know Jesus as their Lord and savior. This fact is not only found in statistics, but also in the relationships that are being formed by the launch team of Redemption Hill.
From mill workers, to call centers, the vast majority of people have no relationship with their heavenly Father. And even though there are strong evangelical churches in the greater Auburn area, the need is dire for the gospel to go forth in Auburn and beyond.

To fulfill what God has called Redemption Hill to in the greater Auburn area, we need you. We've been praying that God would lead a thousand people to join in praying for us, and hundreds to give to support the mission. If God is leading you to join the team and partner with Redemption Hill, fill in form to the left.
Thank you for supporting Redemption Hill!
