The books of Ephesians is written to the church in Ephesus from the apostle Paul. He writes to help the church as they walk through the struggles of proclaiming the good news of Jesus to a world that has deeply rooted idols.

But God | Ephesians 2:1-10

There was nothing we ever did or ever could do to bring us back to right standing before a holy God. "But God" intervened and, through the gift of faith, we are fully restored. Jesus is both the reason and the means by which any good has ever come to us and through who we will do any good.

Power For Us | Ephesians 1:15-23

Paul shares his ongoing prayer for the church at Ephesus: that they would know the blessings of God's hope, inheritance and power.  These blessings are as available to His church today as they were in Paul's day.

Other World | Ephesians 1:1-14

Paul opens the letter to the church in Ephesus with a unique phrase, which he uses in none of his other writings. This phrase sets the stage for the rest of the letter and calls the church to know that they are called to function in the "Other World".

Power and Authority | Acts 18:24-28 and 19

At Redemption Hill we believe that there will be a day that every man woman and child in Lewiston Auburn has a daily encounter with Jesus Christ.  This has happened before.  In this message we are looking at how the Holy Spirit powerfully initiates a new church in a spiritually dark community.
